HATI AKAK BERBUNGA

Kepada sesiapa yang wonder akak kena transfer ke idok... jawapan nya akak tak jadi kena transfer.. masih ada yang sayang kannnnnn....akak suker..akak tak merajuk dari blog lah ismi.. cuma akak dapat sindrom malas... lama lak malas nyer.. sebenarnya banyak citernih.. cuma peram jer... namti dah ada mood akak update sampai uols tak larat nak baca kan..

Kisahnyer cam nih.. lepas pemangku akak balik outstation dia tengok ada surat transfer yang telah di CC kan kat atas meja dia... akak seram jugak sebab dia bolehjerit nama akak dari bilik dia lantang sekali mintak explaination sama ada akak yang request nak blah dari depatment akak.. akak cakap akak tak mintak tapi tiba2 dapat surat suruh transfer.. dia punya hangin satu badan sampai akak terus jadi tikus.. tapi akak tikus mondok sebab akak besar heheheheh.. tak sangka directly dia call HR dan marah.. sian juga kat HR manager tu... pastu dia siap hantar email kat our MD.. lagi lah akak seram... matilah akak lepas nih... so ni lah email yg buat akak terharu sangat..penting jugak akak kat PCD 1 nih yek...

I just knew today that Pn ALONG will be transferred to DMD effective on 19 November 2007.

For your info, she has been reporting to me daily since absence of En MARMM (My former boss). Instead of transferring her to DMD (Department yang akak kena pindah tu lah), we should employ a new PA for SM DMD.

Even with absence of SM PCD1, it does not mean she has nothing to do in the office. Daily, she has to perform the same tasks as during En MARMM. The only difference is that She is reporting daily to me instead of to SMPCD1. With her absence from Monday, I don’t expect things would be the same. In similar case of the absence of PCD4’s admin supervisor, covering task should be temporary. It should be replaced instead of making it as example to other unit.

Unless we have decided that SM PCD1 is no longer exist, then only her position is no longer required.

At the same time, the vacant positions of SM PCD1 & PCD4 should be filled immediately. The covering tasks by SM PCD2 & PCD 3 should be on temporary basis due to number of projects for each SM. If these posts are to be filled by existing staff, then we should proceed to promote those staff. Or else, we should advertise these posts if none of existing staff qualifies for the posts…but holding and waiting are just not the way. Just imagine the load of an SM to handle technical problem for more than 40 projects at a time..and yet, the PA is being taken away.

I would also suggest that the task of SM PCD1 is given to project manager from PCD 1 (En MUS) (My Project Manager) as an acting SM because he knows projects under PCD1 better.

In this case, I can just concentrate on the projects of PCD2.

Akak sker..akak sayang staff kat dept akak nih.. sebab akak dah rasa cam sekepala.. kalau akak pindah DMD akak kena tukau daerah jajahan akak sebab 98% percent staff kat sinun dari kelantan..akak bukan tak bolehbergaul dengan orang kelantan tapi...akak tak paham bahasa dema..matilah akak larikkkkkkk....

so akak tunggu dari arahan MD lah lepas nih... hmmmmm...
